I think you could also probably get rid of the "What I Believe" section - it's sort of just a lengthy restatement of blogging goals, plus I'm not sure it leads to the right focus - it sets up your target reader as young and really inexperienced, although I don't think that's what's intended. Off-topic, but having the text box right up top with the StumbleUpon, etc is pretty distracting.
