I staycationed and had everyone over for a pool party and pot luck cookout! The BEST part of it all was that I did not have to go anywhere so I .saved on gas! The best PLUS was that it was a good excuse to get my house in “tip top shape” ….it does not get better than that!!

I had a staycation and had a great time with family and friends. I do plan to take a real vacation later in the year.

We staycationed. It was partly because of money and partly because we have a 4 month old baby. I agree though, vacation (or staycation) is what you make it.
