Have been waiting and still have not gotten my Alabama refund. At one point, the automated system told me it would be to me in eight weeks. That was in August. Now, the same automated system says that I am not in the system. I did, however, get a notice today that told me my refund was being reported to the federal government!

Well I still havent gotten lastyears’s tax return from that state of alabama. I have been waiting a year. it is to the point where I dont remember the form or the ammount anymore with out searching through all my paper work

i have still not recieved my alabama state return yet i have been waiting since febuary of this year and still haven’t seen any of it. they said that i would be getting back around $200 to $300, so please help me find out why i have not recieved them yet..

Guess what, we are still waiting on our alabama refund, what should we do–the website isn’t any help whatsoever, there are no humans who answer telephones in Montgomery. how do we know they are even at work down there when they say they? jus kiddin

I mail my Alabama Taxes in February it is now the last week in August and i still have not gotten it yet.When i go to then website to find out the status of my refund i get that wonderful message that it still being process it been accept. so what are we suppose to do wait. now what if we tell them that when I are education funds get money in it we will send you your money. Think that will go over very well with the Alabama government. I think not so if they can not wait for us to pay are takes we should not have to wait on our money being return to us.

I e filed my alabama tax on february 2 2011. Every time I check I’m told I’m not in the system. All of the questions are answered correctly. Who can I call? My tax preparer for the last 15 years seems to have skipped town.

It’s the end of July and I still haven’t received my return… Everytime I check my status it just says it’s being processed

After NOT being so nice to the Unemployment Office and letting them know that the case was won and they did NOT have any right to our tax money and because of their screw up they had intercepted our money, that they needed to get off their @ss and correct it! We recieved our refund from the Unemployment Office on May 13 with NO appology of course. YEAH we got our State refund!

Reading all these comments makes realize that I will never get my state taxes. I am glad I don’t live in Al and only worked there for awhile. This is tooooo sad. The automated line keeps telling me 8-12 weeks from today and I have been checking for 3 months.
